I’m Janine Grandjean. Founder.
Strategic Growth Consultant.

I’ve always been forward focused. What’s the next move, and how do we make it count?

That question has carried me through a decade in business, first inside organizations, then across ventures of my own. My last corporate role gave me a front-row seat to the real challenges companies face as they scale. It also sparked the pivot that changed everything: stepping into consulting.

I launched Elevate Digital Agency to help businesses bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Over five years, I worked across industries, clarifying positioning, aligning sales and marketing, and driving measurable growth. I wasn’t on the sidelines. I was embedded in teams, building from the inside out.

When the pandemic hit, I created Gizelle Collection, a give-back apparel project that raised funds for women’s group homes in Belize. A reminder that small ideas, when rooted in purpose, can have a real impact.

In 2022, I made the boldest move of my life, moving to Switzerland and began building my family while continuing to consult from Geneva. The change in environment sharpened my approach and deepened my ambition for more.

That’s when Ko’ox Travel Belize was born, a passion project designed to introduce European travellers to the beauty and depth of my home country. What started as a boutique initiative is now evolving into a platform for cultural storytelling.

Earlier this year, I said goodbye to Elevate and I co-founded Osé 25, a digital brand studio and ecommerce platform helping creative entrepreneurs strengthen their presence through identity kits and design templates.

Now, the Grand Strategy Co. brings everything together. It’s not just a business, it’s the sum of every insight, every reinvention, and every bold decision I’ve made. A consulting agency built for founders who are ready to stop guessing and start growing with clarity.
