Most retainers begin with a 3-month minimum. This allows us to establish direction, implement, and build momentum. Longer-term partnerships (6–12 months) are available once aligned.

Monthly retainers begin at CHF 3,000/month and scale based on scope and complexity. All pricing is provided transparently once we’ve reviewed your inquiry.

Yes. While most of the retainer work is delivered online, I do integrate in-person sessions when the scope and location support it. For clients based in Switzerland, this may include strategic planning days, live reviews, or in-person intensives designed to accelerate momentum.
